How to become a stockist
Establishing a wholesale account is easy. Create and account under "creat account" button with your name, email address, ABN number and password.
You will then receive a confirmation email. Once your account has been approved, you will be able to place orders with us online. Please contact us if you have any questions. We also recieve order by fax if your not computer savy. Click on the Fax Order From at the bottom of any page.

Ordering
After account approval you can place orders online by adding products to your cart. We confirm your order and send a final invoice including any shipping cost and any wholesale discounts if applied. Minimum orders are required for all products.

Product Samples
Samples are available on most products. Please check with us.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is required on all minimum orders in advance.
Product pricing may change due to exchange rates.
Payment options are: Business Cheque, Bank deposit, Credit Card and PayPal.
Viewing Orders
After making an order you can view all your orders and accounts under "My Account" once logged in.
Shipping & Delivery
We have shipping agents that look after some of our shipments into Australia.
Most large custom orders will be shipped into Australia, cleared by customs and sometimes send to RAM Biz Imports for product quality control. We then confirm your order and ship.
We will advise you on delivery times uppon invoice all depending on product availability.
We import by Ship for large orders and Air for small orders.

We use several delivery methods all depending on your location and quanity. With our large customer direct orders we use several well knowen freight companies.
