How do I see prices?
To view wholesale pricing you need to create an account [click here] and have your account approved by the RAM Biz Imports sales team. Once approved you will receive an email which will let you login with your email address and password to view wholesale pricing.

What is the minimum order?
To find the minimum order quantity, select a product and under the “add to cart” you will see "Quick Overview". This will have the minimum order quantity.

Where can I get helicopter parts from?
All parts for all helicopters above 3CH and some of our other products are available from RAM Biz Imports. If you are after parts that are not listed on our website please contact us to order (07) 3114 2942.
I have a faulty product?
Any products that have manufacturing faults are exchanged upon receipt of the defective product. Products that have been returned due to customer damage will not be replaced.
Do your transmitters comply with the ACMA (C-ticked)?
Yes. We do have a C-Tick compliance mark.
The labelling requirements are, in part, aimed at importers who supply products to the Australian market and are required to show these devices are compliant with the applicable standards by labelling them with the appropriate
compliance mark, in this case the CTick.
The MAAA, in its document MOP 058, have stated a policy that a
2.4GHz Radio Controlled Transmitter must be labelled with the C-Tick compliance mark and it appears if a
transmitter is not labelled it may wish to minimise any legal liability to itself that may result from the use of such a
non labelled transmitter.
